This morning, my computer would come on for 2-5 seconds and shut off. I took my cards out, checked all connections and still no boot. I finally tried another psu and got it to boot. psu is Enermax Noisetaker EG375P-VE(24P). Just bought it a few months ago and don't want to dump it, any suggestions?

It's probably still under warranty - sounds like your best bet.

That's why there's warranty ;)
Try taking it back to the store you bought it from, or contact Enermax for a RMA.
Usually the higher quality PSUs don't die weeks after installation - make sure that the power from the outlet is "clean". (Not fluctuating or anything) Do not use any high current appliances such as an air conditioner, heater, or vacuum on the same circuit.
If the previous power supply failed as well, you probably have an underlying problem which should be corrected before doing another changout.
It's under warranty regardless, so get it exchanged.

Previous psu was a noname 300w piece of junk. Living right downtown Toronto in a 100 year old house with two outlets per room may be a factor. I built this PC from scratch and have modded it, including the psu, I installed uv braided sleeving on all connnections. Will this void my warranty?
I will contact the reseller where I purchased it for a possible RMA.
Mods will always void the warranty unless they can be removed easily.
Take it back to the store - it will be quicker than RMA.
If both power supplies died, I can assure you - the next one will be doomed to fail.

thanks for the help, PSU was toast, don't recommend after market sleeve braiding kits. Bought new OCZ ModStream 450w, awsome looking.
