no problems here Ken
other than resetting the box I have no idea
I'd be on the phone with tech support
Mine is fine too, all programming accounted for.

Mander do you know how to get to point dish?
if so change your transponder on mine 1,2, 6, 31.
are out. or try channel 625

Try transponder 03 Ken...seems to be my strongest signal so far.
You can also try a main unit test to see if its your receiver

ok I see your thinking you can select transponders um no you can't
each transponder has a group of channels on it. changing transponder
under diagnostics is to test for best aime and signal.
edit:
I have tested the main unit its good tested the phone line its good
tested the dish signal on working transponders its good.
I swapped out dish heads both work. I have pulled the card and
power. let the system reload the software that was good.
I guess if others can get the transponders 1,2,31,30 to show signal
then it my box and I will have to call bell oh well...

When you move up one channel Ken, check the signal strength for that channel. Try changing the transponder for that channel up and down to get the strongest signal.

Turn it off(unplug it for 5 mins) then plug it back it and see if a cool reboot fixes the problem

Hadn't thought of that. Now that you mention that, sometimes just pulling the card out and reinserting it does the trick too as it will search for the signals again.
One question Ken...how long have you had this system. I know about 3 months ago, they changed cards to update the software. Do you have the new card? If not, this could be why its not working.
