Does anyone know of a decent hosting company?

I was thinking about http://www.pair.com/

But I have no idea how well it works...

Any thoughts?

Well it does not need to be free. I’m moving my work domain, and need something that has allot of space. We are even looking now to a dedicated server. Some hosting companies offer this as an option. Especially with the amount of traffic that we require.

Bell, and Telus seem to be very pricy, and do not offer dedicated servers. Let alone the amount of email address we need. About 100.

Im starting to look at hosting at pair. They seems to even host Toms hardware.

I guess if his website is there it has to be good LOL...

Any other ideas?

We have our dedicated server hosted @ 1and1.com They have pretty good pricing. We've had them for a couple of years now and we only had one problem with the server. It had a faulty part, so they replaced it and gave us 2 or 3 free months. Overall I would recommend them.

Take a look at www.esecuredata.com
Based in Vancouver, reliable and low rates.
NOTE: they do not offer managed support, but do have 24/7 tech support. They can recommend a good independent managed support person that only charges for time spent.

Also, if you want high end business hosting solutions take a look at Magma. They have unmarked secure data centers with iris scan entry and you can rent dedicated servers that you have full access to by remote desktop, FTP or walk in (Toronto and Ottawa I think). You can also set the same server as a company Intranet. Their not cheap but you know your getting the best.

I use www.2mhost.com for my personal hosting aswell. I've used them for a few years and they have been great. They also seem to have some of the cheapest prices I can find.
