importing video

we are have just started to use pinnacle studio 10,
is it possible to import files (avi etc) into pinnacle studio from another video editing software progam such as ulead,

we have some files in ulead that we would like to import into pinnacle studio

we have read the pinnacle manual and haven't been able to figure this out



any help is greatly appreciated
