The specs say that the built in camera is 0.3 megapixels, that does not sound right.

thats the megapixels for my phone as well, its only intended for sending pics to other phones where the screen is like the size of a match book

the problem is that i do not txt msg. If my friends need me they can call me at home, msg me on msn, or call my cell. If do not not answer one of them it means i am ignoreing ppl. So txt msging is just one more way to annoy me.

Thus i refuse the txt msg

I own the LG6190 and I enjoy it with all my heart as it does everything I need it to. The Camera on the 6190 is good and yes it's made for txt messaging but hey for a nice camera phone for those Kodak moments it works!

The LG 500 looks amazing.. It comes with the 512 MB memory card and everything.. My friend has one, the mp3 player function isn't that good IMO. It isn't very loud and gets distorted easily.. The headphones that come with it aren't loud either, you can still hear most things around you even at full volume. Too pricey for me but a very nice phone nonetheless..

It costs around $450 for pay as you go... $250 on a 3yr contract which is a total rip off.. Damn contracts..
