Bell was suppose to replace the defective dslam card At the node the next street over and it was to be done in two days.

Here we are over a week later and they forgot about it...lol.

So i call and they check and they kiss butt and tell me it will be done tom and if nothing happens before i get home to call right away.

Almost as bad as rogers but not there yet...lol.

And tell me, how are you supposed to know if it's been done or not BEFORE you go home??

And don't be so quick to say they aren't as bad as Rogers... they just know how to cover it up better ;)

Well smirnoff should get bell to credit your account for there delay. With bell or rogers you have to be on there back almost every day until it's fixed. There's some people out there have problems with rogers or bell, and they just do nothing at all. But if everyone that has a problem with bell or rogers they should call to get the problem fixed. If they do not you should get a credit for lack of service.
