I know this is one of those "If you have to ask, don't do it." Questions but, (there is always a but) are there any guides, walk throughs, faqs, how tos or overclocking for dummies available?

One of the largets limits in overclocking is the motherboard you have. Do you know what motherboard is in your computer?

If you have a generic motherboard you might not be able to even overclock.
