I spoke with a Customer Service Representative who work with an Internet provider about getting a such deal for a High Speed DSL
anyhow he promised me for a discount If I signed a Contract with them for 12 Month
& he Emailed that Contract to my email ,but he never mentioned anything about that discount
the big question is: IF I agreed to that contract and I do not got that discount
can I cancel that contract & looks for another internet provider
TIA.

I wouldn't sign it. Call back and tell them that there is nothing in the contact about the arranged discount. Have them send it in writing before signing.

Exactly. How can an unsigned emailed contract be legal and binding unless you have printed it and returned it to them? It simply cant. For it to be legal, they send you a copy of the contract to have you sign and send back to them. Only then are you stuck until the contract expires. If you have given them a credit card # and wish to cancel the service, be sure to contact the credit card company and tell them no further charges permitted from this internet provider. Get everything in writing before signing anything including the agreed upon price. CYOS(cover your own arse).

Thanks a lot Guys
I am with that Internet provider since 1 year ago
but without any Contract & when I asked them for a such discount
they told me we will give discount if you sign with us a Contract
Otherwise you will pay the full price..

Then that discount price should be stated in the contract. If it isn't, have them change it so that it is in the contract.

Without a stated price in the contract, all you're saying is that you'll pay whatever price they want to charge you for 1 year...
