View Full Version : Can't log onto Outlook

I have not called Rogers yet but I shall shortly. Suddenly when I try to send or recieve email Outlook will not accept my password. The box keeps popping up but when I enter my passwork it says its wrong. An hour ago it was working fine and now it isn't. I tried resetting it and I rebooted my computer but it makes no difference.

Well I just tried the Rogers helpline and he told me that it is a problem at my end. We went through the steps to reset Outlook and I still get the same messages. I disabled both my Macafee Virus and Firewall and it made no difference, and why should it I mean it has always worked before. What can I have done????
