Next Thursday evening, Feb 2nd at 10:00 PM, James Woods plays a man afflicted with ALS, on the television show ER.

This is a little-known disease, as far as the general public is concerned, and even some doctors. It is tragic beyond my ability to tell you.

I can say that my father passed away from ALS.

I'm sure Mr. Woods is up to the task of presenting this story.

Please consider watching.

Thanks.

Thanks Lee Anne, but it was 20 years ago, and time heals all wounds. :)

my grandmother also passed away from this as well. Not fun watching someone deal with this disease.

I didn't much care for the time-line jumping around like that, but it did give Jimmy Woods the chance to exercise his acting chops. :)
