MouseMeat's post (http://www.thecomputermechanics.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9290) just made me curious as to what percentage of this board is left or right handed. Vote away! :)

I was born left handed. My mom told me that everything is made for right handed people so she made me only use my right hand from when i entered school. Now I am right handed.

Left handed. Hence the quotes from the other thread.

"Everyone is born right handed, only the greatest overcome it. "

"I may be left handed, but I am always right!"

Proudly left handed.

However, play guitar right handed due to a shortage of lefty guitars (ie 30 years ago!!!)

right handed. :) when my old uncle (who is left handed) was young kid he was forced at school to use his right hand. if he was caught at school using his left hand he would be whiped with a school long chalkboard pointer. :(

Both parents righthanded, my 3 kids lefthanded.
When my kids were very young, my mother used to tell me to tie down their left hand to make them use their right hand because "left hand is the devil's hand". Even in school, the nuns told me to make the kids switch hands.
I never believed it and still don't. I always let them use the hand they wanted.
Because some tools are only righthanded, my kids became ambidextrous.
All 3 tell me they feel perfectly comfortable and in fact, like the idea that they can use both hands.
It still amazes me that some people think that being lefthanded is bad or "not natural".
I always believed that we are born with 2 hands, why not use them.

Apparently, the left hand of God is the Dark hand.

Here is a L-O-T (http://www.hisremnant.org/eby/articles/kingdom/twohands/twohands1.html#the%20left%20hand%20of%20god) of reading on the subject.

And good luck with that, me harty. ;)

Same here, even though, as I said, I am right-handed.

I'll tell you why when I see you.

Just me being weird. :gaa:

Right handed, with some exceptions. My mom is left and my dad is right.
