I have a mac mini with 1gb of ram. Can I upgrade to iLife 06. Will it run in my mac.

I also have a mac mini. My upgrade to ilife 06 and i work 06 went like a charm.

Why are you worried?

When you upgraded did it upgrade the Ilife apps?

ilife did, iwork didn't

iLife 06 works great on both my Mac Mini and upgraded Sawtooth. The more RAM you have, however, the better the operation.

One note of caution, however, is that if you have any additional 3rd party iMovie plugins to check for iMovie 06 compatibility. Sometimes (and as is typical of pro apps like Photoshop), the major upgrades to the software can break compatibility with plugins.

I have found Ilife 06 for a cost of $59.00 at the Humber College computer shop. It is on an academic discount. so that is where I am going.
