Rogers is my ISP (might be the answer right there). Anyhow I can receive mail but can not send. I'm using MAIL 3.6. I've gone into the accounts section and even re-created the Rogers account and had the computer set it up but nothing. Contacted Rogers "help line". Sorry we don't assist with MACS.
