How to Unhide a folder?

How do I unhide a folder and it's contents? To hide the folder I, from Windows Explorer, right clicked on the folder, selected "sharing and security", selected the "general" tab and checked "hidden". Now the folder is hidden, but I don't know how to go back and unhide the folder or access the files that are in it. I'm sure there's a simple solution.

Open up My Computer and click on Tools, then Folder Options. Under the view tab scroll down untill you see Hidden files and folders. Select Show hidden files and folders and apply. Now you can see hidden folders and you can right click on them and un hide them.
